The Methven KCTSDEF thermostatic cartridge is a compatible spare cartridge for the Methven KIRI Satinjet Cool To Touch Shower with Diverter KCTSDEF. It is used inside the thermostatic bar shower valve to control and stabilise mixed water temperature.

This cartridge is suitable when the shower is no longer holding the selected temperature correctly, when mixed water temperature fluctuates, or when servicing indicates that the thermostatic mixing valve requires cartridge replacement. The KCTSDEF shower is factory set at 38 degrees C under balanced pressures, with calibration carried out by turning the spindle on the thermostatic cartridge.
