This cartridge is the temperature control cartridge used inside the valve body and helps restore stable mixed water temperature when the existing cartridge is worn, scaled or no longer adjusting correctly.

Installation Notes
Isolate the hot and cold supplies before removing the old cartridge. Clean the inside of the valve body before fitting the replacement and apply a suitable silicone grease to the cartridge O-rings to help protect the seals during installation.
