This diverter flow cartridge will fit the following Grohe single lever products:

Please note that this cartridge comes in different colours. It can be white or blue, however this doesn't affect the functionality of the cartridge in any way; it's simply aesthetics.
The GROHE 46386000 is a 56mm ceramic mixing cartridge used in selected GROHE single-lever shower and bath shower mixer valves. It controls both water flow and mixed-water temperature through movement of the operating lever. Older GROHE documentation may show the same cartridge code in the shortened format 46 386.
This GROHE spare part uses SilkMove ceramic cartridge technology and is fitted as the main mixing cartridge within the confirmed valves listed below. It should not be confused with a thermostatic cartridge or a separate bath shower diverter assembly.
