The Burlington V25 SPABU0015 thermostatic cartridge is a replacement temperature control cartridge for selected Burlington Trent, Clyde, Stour and Avon concealed and exposed shower valves. It sits inside the shower valve body and controls the blended water temperature by reacting to changes in the hot and cold water supply.
This cartridge is used when the shower is no longer regulating temperature correctly, runs too hot or too cold, or becomes difficult to adjust through the temperature control handle. Check the existing cartridge shape, code and valve range before ordering, as cartridge dimensions alone should not be used to confirm fitment.

Installation and Checking Notes
Isolate the hot and cold water supplies before removing the old cartridge. Clean the inside of the valve body before fitting the replacement cartridge and lightly grease the cartridge O-rings with a suitable silicone grease to help the cartridge seat correctly and protect the seals during installation.
