Function
This front plate assembly sits at the front of the thermostatic cartridge position and works with the fixing screws to retain the cartridge correctly in the valve body. It is suitable when the plate is corroded, bent, damaged or missing, or when the original nylon gasket and screws need replacing during cartridge service work.
