Armitage Shanks A861165NU Thermostatic Cartridge for Contour 21+ Basin Mixers
SUMMARY
Armitage Shanks A861165NU is the complete thermostatic cartridge used in selected Contour 21+ sequential lever operated basin mixer taps.
It regulates mixed water temperature inside the tap body and provides the sequential lever movement. Common signs of wear include unstable temperature control, failure of cold water isolation performance, or stiff and inconsistent operation.

- - Complete thermostatic cartridge for Contour 21+ basin mixer taps.
- - Used in mixer bodies with copper tails or flexible inlet hoses depending on model.
- - The cartridge includes integral strainers and is removed with a 36mm A/F deep socket.
- - Recommended tightening torque for the replacement cartridge is 15 Nm.
- - This mixer family is supplied with a factory fitted 3.8 LPM laminar flow outlet and an alternative 1.9 LPM spray outlet.
- - Replacement O-rings and strainers for the cartridge are available separately under A861166NU.
