The STERN TUBULAR L AISI316 350124 is a mains-operated wall-mounted electronic sensor tap for cold or premixed water installations. It is the stainless steel AISI316 version of the Tubular L / Tubular LE style tap and is operated by an infra-red sensor with water flow controlled through a solenoid valve.

This 350124 tap is supplied for 9V transformer operation and is intended for commercial washroom and sanitary installations where touch-free operation is required. Check the existing tap model code, power arrangement and site water pressure before ordering, especially when replacing a battery-operated or different Tubular Series variant.

Installation and Checking Notes

Flush the supply lines before installation to prevent dirt, scale, Teflon tape or metal particles entering the solenoid valve or aerator. Keep the sensor area clear of reflective surfaces and check that the basin, spout position and sensor range suit the installation before final fitting.

If flow is reduced after installation, check the stainless steel filter and aerator for debris. If the tap does not open, does not close or runs intermittently, inspect the power connection, sensor range, solenoid valve, diaphragm and site pressure before replacing parts.
