Question: How do I remove the Crosswater cartridge?
Answer: Try to locate the grub screw around the handle. It can be hidden under a screw cap. Loosen the screw and lift the handle. Remove the retaining ring to access the SPACW0006 cartridge. Lift the cartridge to remove.
Note: Silicone grease must be used on the O-rings of the new Crosswater SPACW0006 before installing it. The grease serves as a protection against abrasion.
Question: There are several SPACW cartridges that look alike. Is this the spare part I need to fix my tap?

Question: I installed the cartridge but it keeps on moving in place.
Answer: Be sure that the locating pins at the bottom of the Crosswater single lever cartridge are inserted in the right holes inside the valve seat. This will prevent the newly installed cartridge from moving or wiggling.
