The Tesi shower applications below are limited to the November 2015 to June 2019 version. For Tesino B1048AA and B1049AA, select the GEN1 assembly rather than assuming all production versions use the same cartridge.

Fault Symptoms and Fitting

A worn single lever cartridge may cause stiff lever movement, difficulty adjusting flow or temperature, leakage around the handle or continued dripping from the spout or shower head when the mixer is switched off. Check the seals and outlet for other faults before replacing the cartridge; a blocked aerator or flow straightener can also restrict flow.

Isolate both hot and cold water supplies before dismantling the mixer. Follow the instructions for the exact model, remove debris from the cartridge housing and check operation and all disturbed connections for leaks after reassembly.
