Ideal Standard Armitage Shanks A4556AA is a Markwik 21 purging tool kit used with Markwik thermostatic mixers to flush debris from the hot and cold pipework before the mixer is operated or commissioned.
The tool is fitted into the maintenance port after the maintenance carrier is removed. It allows water to be discharged safely through a hose so installation debris can be cleared before the thermostat and internal mixer components are put into service.

Before Installation
