SUMMARY
This Vola / Hastings VR697K 3-15mm on/off ceramic disc cartridge is a quarter-turn flow cartridge used in selected Vola build-in valves, stop valves, mixers and basin tap assemblies.
It is the anti-clockwise-turn-to-open version and closes clockwise. When the original cartridge is worn or scaled, common symptoms include poor shut-off, dripping from the outlet when the valve is turned off, or stiff operation.
