PHL035 Pair of 1/​2" Quarter Turn Cartridges for Lefroy Brooks - Compatible Spare

SUMMARY

PHL035 is a pair of 1/2" x 1/4 turn ceramic flow cartridges for Lefroy Brooks lever-operated tap and valve applications. This Di Vapor compatible spare pair is used to restore hot and cold water flow control where the original quarter turn ceramic cartridges are worn, stiff, seized or allowing water to pass when the tap or valve is turned off.

The set is intended for Lefroy Brooks lever models that use 1/2" quarter turn ceramic cartridges. Check the existing cartridge size, handle type, opening direction and the exact Lefroy Brooks model or spares diagram before ordering, especially where the same tap family was supplied in both lever and handwheel versions.

A common symptom of worn flow cartridges is water dripping from the spout or outlet when the tap or valve is turned off. If only one side has failed, check whether the hot-side or cold-side single cartridge is required before replacing the pair.

Installation Notes

Isolate the water supply before removal. Flush pipework and clean the valve body before fitting the new cartridges, as debris can damage ceramic discs. Apply suitable silicone grease to cartridge O-rings and bottom seals during installation.
