Summary
This Hansgrohe 94008000-CS flow cartridge is a 1/2 quarter-turn ceramic on/off compatible spare supplied for Hansgrohe reference 94008000. It is the clockwise-open left-closing cold-side shut-off unit used in applicable Hansgrohe and AXOR basin mixer, bath mixer and concealed shut-off valve applications.
The cartridge controls start stop flow on the cold side and restores positive shut-off with a quarter-turn operating movement. A worn unit can cause dripping from the spout after shut-off stiff operation or poor cold-side flow.

Troubleshooting
- Symptom: Water drips from the spout when the tap or valve is turned off. Likely Cause: Worn shut-off faces or seals in the cold-side flow cartridge. Solution: Replace the cartridge and grease the sealing points on installation.
- Symptom: Stiff quarter-turn movement or poor cold-side flow. Likely Cause: Internal ceramic wear or seal drag. Solution: Replace the cartridge and check the mating valve body is clean before refitting.
