H960520NU is a G1/2 right-hand ceramic valve used for quarter-turn flow control in selected JADO concealed valves and wall-mounted dual-control basin mixers. The ceramic headwork opens anti-clockwise and closes clockwise to control and shut off the water supply.
A worn or damaged ceramic valve can cause stiff or unreliable operation, poor shut-off or water continuing to drip from the tap spout when the fitting is turned off. Replacing the correct headwork can restore smooth flow control and positive shut-off without replacing the complete tap or valve.

Before ordering, check the original part number, G1/2 fitting, 20-tooth spline and operating direction against the valve being removed. Similar JADO fittings and different product generations can use different ceramic headworks, so overall dimensions alone should not be used to identify the part.
