The Dornbracht 9090031570090 is an anti-clockwise open 1/2 inch ceramic disc flow cartridge used as a shut-off upper part in selected Dornbracht wall mounted basin mixers and wall mounted sink mixers.
This cartridge controls the on/off flow through the tap or mixer body. A common symptom of ceramic flow cartridge wear is water continuing to drip from the spout when the tap is turned off, or the handle becoming difficult to turn smoothly.
