The 90mm Shower Flow Cartridge 29U349H is a quarter-turn shower valve flow control cartridge used to open and close water flow through a shower valve. It is supplied as a clockwise-close and anti-clockwise-open cartridge with a blue bottom seal.

This flow cartridge is used where the shower control requires a 90mm body length, 20 spline spindle and matching threaded fitting. A common symptom of a worn flow cartridge is water dripping from the shower head or outlet when the shower is turned off, or the control failing to shut the water off cleanly.

Before Ordering

Check the cartridge removed from the valve before ordering. Match the total length, top spline diameter, 20 spline count, lower thread diameter, upper thread diameter, body shape, seal position and close direction. Do not order from length or spline count alone because similar shower flow cartridges can have different threads, bodies or operating directions.

Installation Note

Apply a thin coating of suitable silicone grease to the O-rings and bottom seal before fitting. This helps the cartridge seat correctly in the valve body and reduces friction on the seals during operation.
