Matki EX5 SB1402T is a 3/4 inch clockwise opening flow cartridge used as the on and off water control in certain Matki shower valves and shower mixers, including verified EX5 (SWAD) Elixir and 2110 Original Absolute single outlet arrangements.

This is a flow cartridge rather than a thermostatic cartridge. When worn, a common symptom is water continuing to drip from the shower head or outlet after the valve is turned off, or a stiff or inconsistent on and off action.
