The STSR ST240 is a 40mm 3 function diverter cartridge used to direct water between three outlets or functions in a suitable shower, tap or valve assembly. It is intended for valves that use the STSR-ST240 diverter cartridge and should be matched against the removed cartridge before ordering.
This diverter cartridge is the internal control part operated by the diverter handle. Replacing a worn diverter cartridge can help restore outlet selection where the valve is stiff to turn, will not select the intended outlet cleanly, passes water to the wrong outlet, or allows dripping from a shower head or spout when the valve is turned off.
