Fault Checks
If water continues to drip from the shower head after the shower has been turned off, or the control no longer switches between outlets correctly, have the flow-control and diverter mechanism checked before ordering. A temperature-control problem should be assessed separately, as this is not a thermostatic cartridge.
Installation Note
Follow the servicing instructions for your shower column. Where lubrication is required, apply a thin coating of suitable silicone grease to the cartridge O-rings and bottom seals to help them seat without twisting or damage.
