Summary
Bristan 5 Way CART-00620811 Diverter Cartridge (Red Plastic) for Pre 2008 Prism, Quadrant and Qube Shower Valves.
NOTE: The colour of the plastic is now YELLOW and not red.
Bristan CART-00620811 is a 5 way shower diverter cartridge used in selected pre-2008 Bristan Prism Quadrant and Qube shower diverter valves. It controls outlet selection inside the valve by directing water to the chosen shower outlet.
The original cartridge is identified by its red plastic body. Current stock is supplied in yellow plastic under the same CART-00620811 part number.
Signs of cartridge wear can include stiff selector movement, incomplete changeover between outlets, water passing to the wrong outlet or continued dripping from a shower head or spout after the shower is turned off.

What to Check Before Ordering
- Confirm that the shower diverter valve was manufactured before 2008
- Match the CART-00620811 code and cartridge measurements to the removed part
- Do not order from the Prism Quadrant or Qube range name alone because later valves can use different diverter cartridges
- For Bristan QU 5WDIV C valves the pre-2008 cartridge is CART 00620811 and the post-2008 cartridge is 00650428
