Bristan VS02-B24 1/2 Ceramic 1/4 Turn Valve - Pair
Please note that the design of the cartridge has slightly changed so you will receive a different version of the cartridge than in the main photo (the new version is backwards compatible).
The Bristan VS02-B24 is a pair of 1/2 ceramic 1/4 turn tap valves used to restore hot and cold water control in the Bristan Sonique two-handle basin mixer tap. These valves sit inside the tap body beneath the handles and control the opening and closing of the water flow through a quarter-turn ceramic mechanism.
This replacement valve pair is suitable where the existing tap is difficult to shut off fully, has poor handle control or continues to drip from the spout when the tap is turned off. The valve design has changed, so the supplied cartridges may look different from older fitted versions while retaining the same VS02-B24 part code.

Troubleshooting
- - Symptom: water drips from the tap spout when turned off. Likely Cause: worn ceramic valve seal or internal ceramic disc wear. Solution: replace the affected hot or cold valve, or fit the supplied pair for matched operation.
- - Symptom: handle turns but flow control is poor. Likely Cause: worn or damaged quarter-turn valve mechanism. Solution: isolate the water supply, remove the handle assembly and replace the valve with the correct VS02-B24 part.
- - Symptom: unsure whether the valve is correct. Likely Cause: tap revision or unidentified existing cartridge. Solution: use Di Vapor's part identification service with clear photos and dimensions before ordering.
