Summary
Bristan SKBW4750-1 is a Barber Wilson service kit for a thermostatic shower valve cartridge family. It is supplied as a seal and service pack with check valves and a thermo element for servicing the thermostatic control assembly rather than replacing the complete cartridge body.
This kit is intended to help restore correct sealing and thermostatic operation within the valve assembly. It is a sensible choice when the valve needs an internal service kit, while larger related options are available if you need a more complete cartridge assembly.
