Bristan BLH216 Flow Valve 1/​2" Cartridge

SUMMARY

The Bristan BLH216 is a 1/2in flow valve cartridge used inside selected Bristan ZING Safe Touch bar mixer shower valves. It controls the shower's water flow from the handle side of the valve and is used when the original flow valve has worn or no longer gives reliable on and off control.

This flow cartridge helps restore smooth flow operation and full shut-off. A common symptom of failure is water dripping from the shower head when the shower is turned off, or a flow handle that feels stiff, loose or inconsistent during use.

Installation Note

Isolate the water supply before servicing the shower valve. Remove the flow handle and trim to access the old cartridge, check the valve body for debris or scale, then fit the BLH216 in the correct orientation before reassembling and testing for smooth control and complete shut-off.
