Summary
This is Bristan 19MC090L30.04, a 1/2in long stem hot ceramic disc tap valve in chrome used in selected Bristan 1901 tap installations.
The valve controls hot-side on and off flow at the tap. When worn it can lead to dripping from the spout after the tap is turned off, poor shut-off, or stiff handle operation.
