SUMMARY
Bathstore 90000013870 is a pair of replacement 1/2 inch side body tap valve cartridges for Bensham 1885 taps made before November 2015. This pair replaces the separate hot and cold side body assemblies 90000013470 and 90000013490.
These side bodies restore normal tap operation where the original assemblies are worn, seized, leaking, or no longer shutting off correctly. Common signs of failure include dripping from the spout, stiffness when turning the tap, or poor shut-off. The internal valve cartridge used in this design is the same on both the hot and cold sides.
