This Franke Ascona cartridge is the spare part for taps using the 3794R and SP3308.

Franke Ascona Cartridge: Spare Part Fitting Procedure

Before proceeding to the tap repair, please make sure water supply lines to the tap are turned off.

1. The screw can be found under the tap handle. Undo the screw using a 2mm Allen key. Pull to remove the handle.

2. Use an adjustable spanner to remove the faulty cartridge from the valve. Turn it anti-clockwise.

3. Silicone grease the O-ring of the replacement Franke Ascona cartridge and fit it in the valve. (Please scroll below for the silicone grease.) Use the spanner to secure the thread in the valve.

4. Return the handle.
