Carron Phoenix Alba Tap Cartridge Replacement Guide
The steps to changing the Carron Phoenix Alba cartridge are simple. Make sure to check if you have isolated water supplies before starting the kitchen tap repair.

1. Remove the circular button on the side of the Carron Alba tap to access the grub screw.
2. The grub screw is found in the recess of the handle. Use an Allen key to loosen it and remove the handle.
3. Grip a spanner on the nut of the old cartridge and turn it anti-clockwise to remove the cartridge.

4. Apply plumbing grease on the O-ring of the new Carron Phoenix Alba tap cartridge and seat it in the valve.
5. Tighten the cartridge using the spanner.
6. Restore the handle, the screw, and the circular button.
