The Abode Atlas Aquifier ASCDDV0002 is a two way cold/filter ceramic disc diverter valve for post-2009 Atlas Aquifier kitchen filter taps. This brass diverter valve controls the cold and filtered water selection on the cold/filter side of the tap.

This is the valve to check where the wording on the cold lever says Cold and Filter or cold & Filter. A failing cold/filter diverter valve can cause water to drip from the end of the tap spout when the tap is turned off or stop the cold and filtered water selection from operating correctly.

Before You Order Check

Check the tap is an Atlas Aquifier post-2009 model and confirm the cold lever wording before ordering. Do not select this part for a pre-2009 Atlas Aquifier tap or for the separate ASDV3 / ASCDDV0003 diverter used on different Abode models.

Installation Notes

Isolate the hot and cold supplies before starting work and drain any residual water from the tap. The cold/filter handle is removed by loosening the underside grub screw with a 2mm A/F allen key. Remove the valve housing carefully, protect the finish from tool marks, clean debris from the chamber and align the locating peg on the new valve with the tap body before reassembly. Use silicone grease on the O-rings and bottom seals when fitting the new diverter valve.
