Thermostat Element for Barber Wilson TT-CART Thermostatic Cartridge

SUMMARY

This is a genuine Vernet thermostat element which is used in the Barber Wilson TT-CART thermostatic cartridge.

If you are experiencing problems with the temperature control in the shower there is the possibility that the cartridge element has a problem. First, make sure that all debrit is removed from the gauze filters on the cartridge as this is a common problem.

If the wax element is part in the Barber Wilson TT-CART cartridge that is at fault (which it could well be as it's this part which regulates the water temperature), then it could be worth replacing this part to see if it fixes the issue as replacing the entire cartridge for the Barber Wilson will cost much more.
