This thermostatic cartridge is TMV2 approved. This TMV2 sensitivity meets Buildcert standards will be quick to stop spikes in water temperature.

Thermostatic cartridges deteriorate over time and will need replacing periodically. If you notice a drop in the performance of your shower mixer, whether that be spikes in water temperature, poor water flow or whether the mixer is unable to keep a constant temperature, the chances are the thermostatic cartridge is at fault.
