Summary
Aromatherapy, as used to benefit steam room sessions is the use of essential oils, which are extracted from flowers, leaves, bark, wood, seeds, roots and peel, to promote a persons health and mood. These essential oils are absorbed into the bloodstream and metabolised in the body, resulting in many health benefits. Each session only requires 5-8 drops.
This luxury box contains six 10ml bottles of blended aromatherapy essential oils, including:
- Invigorate (Cinnamon, Lavender, Frankincense and Bergamot) - Relieves fatigue, exhaustion and burnout by helping remove lactic acid and increasing blood circulation.
- Breathe (Tea tree, Lavender and Thyme) - Decreases inflammation and congestion to aid in fighting against colds, flus and respiratory illnesses.
