The GROHE 42354000 is a mechanical push-button actuation cartridge for selected GROHE manual urinal flush plates used with Rapido U and Rapido UMB concealed urinal systems. It is installed behind the actuation plate and forms the functional part of the manual flushing mechanism.

Pressing the plate button operates the cartridge and initiates the urinal flush. Where the existing cartridge has been correctly diagnosed as worn, sticking or damaged, replacement can restore dependable mechanical actuation.
