Summary
Inta ST20003XX is a flow cartridge for the Inta ST20010CP Vista Safe Touch thermostatic bar shower. It is used on the flow control side of the valve to help open, close and regulate the shower outlet flow.
The ST20010CP valve is a wall mounted thermostatic bar shower valve with 15mm compression connections. The valve flow is controlled by quarter-turn ceramic disc headwork, so this cartridge should be checked when the shower is difficult to turn on or off, the flow control feels stiff, or water continues to pass from the shower outlet after the shower is turned off.

Isolate the hot and cold water supplies before removing the valve control assembly. If the existing cartridge is scaled or seized, clean the valve body carefully and avoid damaging the internal sealing faces before refitting the replacement flow cartridge.
