Function

When installed in a compatible electronic faucet, the sensor emits an infrared or capacitive signal to detect a user’s hands. Upon detection it sends a signal to the control module to open the solenoid valve and allow water flow. After hands are removed the sensor signals the valve to close ensuring water stops automatically.

This sensor is intended for Stern electronic faucet models that accept the Faucet L sensor module 07224071, and where the faucet’s control box and wiring support external sensor connections. It is not universal across all Stern taps and must be matched according to the original product specification.
