If you have been subscribed to the Di Vapor newsletter and no longer wish to receive exclusive information and discounts from Di Vapor then simply reply to any email you receive from Di Vapor with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line and Di Vapor will immediately remove you from our mailing list.

Di Vapor will accept the cancellation and return of all items returned within 14 days from the day after the product was delivered providing the items are in perfect unused, re-saleable condition with the original sealed packaging. If packaging is unsealed it must be resealed. In the event where a refund is not due to faulty or misdescribed goods the refund will cover the cost of the item only and not include the cost of delivery back to our warehouse. If the product has been used or damaged and not in a re-saleable condition a re-stocking fee may be deducted from your refund. The delivery cost as specified by our courier company will be confirmed with you and deducted from the price of the item(s). Refunds will be made within 28 working days once the goods have been returned to our warehouse.
