In the unlikely event that a part breaks down then simply phone Di Vapor and we will arrange for the relevant part to be sent out to you. Di Vapor hold a large stock of spare parts for all our models in our UK warehouse for immediate dispatch and will let you know if the part requires a special order. Please note, Di Vapor can advise on the fitting of any spare part although recommend that a trained engineer fit an electrical or plumbing-specific spare part. Di Vapor cannot accept any liability regarding the installation of spare parts. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Easy Cancellations & Returns

Di Vapor will accept the cancellation and return of all items returned within 14 days from the day after the product was delivered providing the items are in perfect unused, re-saleable condition with the original sealed packaging. If packaging is unsealed it must be resealed. In the event where a refund is not due to faulty or misdescribed goods the refund will cover the cost of the item only and not include the cost of delivery back to our warehouse. If the product has been used or damaged and not in a re-saleable condition a re-stocking fee may be deducted from your refund. The delivery cost as specified by our courier company will be confirmed with you and deducted from the price of the item(s). Refunds will be made within 28 working days once the goods have been returned to our warehouse. If you would like to make a return then simply tell us your name, invoice/receipt number, the item you are returning and the reason for the return. Please send your request in writing (by post, fax or email) to our Di Vapor head office so we can resolve your request.
