When activated, hydromassage jets produce a continuous (not pulsating) spray of water to create a therapeutic massage effect for the muscles and skin. In some models the jets operate in unison while in other models the jets can be sequenced. A thermostatic valve is a valve that mixes or blends hot and cold water together to a specific temperature, thus creating a constant water temperature that is safe and helps to avoid scalding. Aromatherapy is the use of plant extracts, also known as essential oils for the purpose of aiding in a persons mood, health or cognitive function. Oils can be added through the steam outlet and will be dispersed as the cabin fills with steam. A Residual Current Device (RCD) is an electrical device connected onto the power cable before it enters the control box or steam generator. This will cut-off power to the unit if an imbalance in the live and neutral currents is detected to protect the user. An enclosed shower cubicle that includes a steam generator that can generate heated water vapour to fill the cubicle. This is likened to a steam room but designed for a home bathroom environment.

The specially engineered steam outlet has a provision for aromatherapy oils. Simply place a few drops in the steam dial, twist and the aroma will slowly dissipate through the cabin as the steam starts. |

Positioned behind the foldable seat are six water massage jets. These jets are selected using the diverter valve to provide a water massage to your lower, mid and upper back. |

The built-in diverter valve uses ceramic valves to provide maximum durability. The shower selector or diverter valve allows you to easily change the water flow between the handheld shower, overhead shower and back massage jets. |

 | Thermostatic Temperature Valve
This valve adds both convenience and safety to your showering experience. Simply turn the dial to your desired water temperature and the thermostatic valve will mix the hot and cold water accordingly. The valve adds an element of safety by helping to avoid those sudden temperature fluctuations that can easily scald. |

 | Fully Programmable FM Radio with Memory Function
Listen to and store your favourite FM radio stations using the built-in radio. The radio will be played through the built-in speaker and can be tuned using the control panel. If you want to hook up your iPod/MP3/CD player then why not try using an FM radio transmitter (not supplied). |

 | Countdown Timer for Steam Shut-off
After entering the steam shower enclosure you can use the digital control panel to select a desired water temperature or session time. After the temperature has been reached or the time counts down to zero the steam generator will stop. |

 | RCD (Residual Current Device) Safety
The RCD is an electrical device that can detect an imbalance in the phase of the current and automatically cut-off power to the unit to help protect both the user and shower itself. |

 | Automatic Safety Shut-off for Overheating or No Water
This unit will detect a lack of water and automatically turn off to avoid "dry-boil". Avoiding dry-boil will protect the product and provide an additional safety measure for the user. |
