UK Based Stock & SparesOne particular issue that we've become familiar with is the availability of stock, with some suppliers advertising fast lead times on stock that is not yet in the UK Mainland. Customers are then held back by unreliable stock dates, which can cause unacceptable delays to projects. All Di Vapor units are stocked in our UK Midlands warehouse, with real time stock levels provided to our customer services team at all times. If we don't have something in stock, we will do our best to get it for you as quickly as possible.
In addition to our products, we maintain a vast catalogue of spare parts for our products, to assist in the unlikely event of something going wrong. If you require a replacement part for one of our steam showers, we will do our best to have a new one delivered in a few days. Helping keep delays to a minimum ensures you're back up and running as quickly as possible. |
