Please note that the following information applies to walk in baths, steam showers and infrared saunas. The following information may not apply to spare parts or additional smaller items not shipped on a pallet. The price and availability of products found on the www.divapor.com website can change quickly. Therefore, you are advised to place an order as soon as possible, so you can guarantee stock and not miss out on any current offers. Please read the following list of question and answers that provides information regarding the most common ordering enquiries.

How do I place an order? Book a Product

Ordering with Di Vapor is a quick and simple process. To place an order with Di Vapor you can either buy online at www.divapor.com or phone us on 08454 650 800 / 0121 705 0866.

  • Online orders: Please browse through the www.divapor.com website, which acts as an online catalogue allowing you to view and buy any of our steam shower cabins, shower enclosureswhirlpool baths and infrared saunas. Once you have chosen, click the ‘BUY NOW’ button on the product page. This will add the item to your basket. You can now add any additional extras, such as aromatherapy oils, to your order before proceeding through the checkout process. The checkout will forward you to a secure online purchase form where payment details can be completed. You can rest assured that your details are protected using the highest level (128bit) of commercially available encryption.
  • Telephone orders: Di Vapor is happy to take telephone orders. Simply phone 08454 650 800 / 0121 705 0866 between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please make sure you have your credit/debit card along with details of your chosen product model to hand, which will ensure a quick and smooth transaction. Our sales team will be happy to answer any queries that you may have about the products in our online catalogue.

What methods of payment does Di Vapor accept? Methods of Payment

Di Vapor accepts telephone and online payments using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Solo cards. Di Vapor can also accept personal cheque, postal orders or electronic bank transfers. Typically, Di Vapor does not accept COD (Cash-On-Delivery). All payments must be cleared before any goods will be dispatched.

What order confirmation will I receive? Ordering Confirmation

Once payment has been successfully processed you will be posted a copy of your sales invoice/receipt along with delivery guidelines, guarantee information and installation manuals, where applicable. These will be posted to your payment cards billing address.

Where an order has been placed online through the www.divapor.com website you will receive an automated confirmation of your order sent to the email address provided. You will then receive a phone call from Di Vapor to confirm the order and arrange a suitable delivery date.

How much VAT do I pay on my order?

The current rate of VAT (Value Added Tax) is 20% and this is applied to all steam showers, whirlpool baths, infrared saunas and shower enclosures. Where possible the advertised price will include VAT and delivery.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, Di Vapor will endeavour to amend your order in accordance to your requirements. If an order needs modifying in any way please contact Di Vapor immediately so this can be rectified. This can be done by contacting Di Vapor through its online contact form or by phoning 08454 650 800 / 0121 705 0866 during office opening hours (9am-5pm Mon-Fri).

Yes, Di Vapor offers both a printed brochure, which has also been duplicated in a digital format that utilises an interactive page flipper. The information found in our printed brochure is also available on the Di Vapor website. However, the Di Vapor website also includes additional information. What size do I need to install my product?
A
It is important that you measure and confirm that the product will fit in the room before placing an order. A majority of the Di Vapor products come in panels that will fit through most doorways. Some important questions to ask yourself include:
  • Can I manoeuvre all the panels through doorways and up stairs to my room?
  • Can I get access to behind the unit during installation? Di Vapor showers and baths may require access behind the unit to connect installation bolts, water supplies, waste pipes and electrics before the unit is pushed back into position.
  • Is there space to connect the top panel? The steam showers and shower enclosures have some screws/bolts that connect the top piece to the side panels.

Can I just pay a deposit?
A
Yes, Di Vapor has in place an order deposit scheme for all mobility bathtubs. By placing a 10% deposit on any order Di Vapor will hold the item(s) for you free-of-charge for up to 8 weeks. This guarantees the item is not out-of-stock when you require delivery. Better still, this deposit is completely refundable if you change your mind for any reason. All balances must be fully paid and cleared before the goods are dispatched.

DELIVERY QUESTIONS

What is an approximate delivery timescale for my order? Delivery Times
A
For all in-stock items Di Vapor operates a 48 hour delivery timescale from when payment clears. Where applicable, deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands may require additional time. If the item is out-of-stock the delivery time will depend on when new stock is arriving to Di Vapor. Can I nominate a specific day or time for delivery? Delivery Days

Di Vapor will arrange all palletised items to arrive to your delivery address on a specific day (Monday - Friday) that has been pre-arranged with you. This service is free and allows you to have people on site who can help unload the item.

If you require the delivery to arrive at a specific time of day or on a Saturday then this can be arranged but will incur an additional delivery charge. Typically, costs are:

Do you price match? Price Match Promise

Yes, if you find the exact same product on sale from another retailer in the United Kingdom and provide a written quotation for the item then we will match or beat the quoted price.

Where do you deliver?

Di Vapor is based in the United Kingdom however we deliver worldwide for most products. Please note that for larger out of gauge items, delivery to parts of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands may incur additional delivery costs.

What if I need to cancel my order before delivery?
A
Due to the way in which our systems are designed, it is not possible to cancel an order once placed via our website. Our warehouse works as fast as possible with our suppliers to ensure that all orders placed via our website are completed and dispatched as quickly as possible. If the order was placed in error, you are covered by our 14 days returns policy as standard. You will able to return the item back to ourselves for a full refund providing the item is in a resaleable condition - Please contact our team for more information.

Is my walk in bath covered by the Homeview Guarantee? Homeview Guarantee

All mobility bathtubs are covered by the Di Vapor Homeview Guarantee - You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify Di Vapor that you wish to return the item. The item must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging reattached in good and resalable condition. All pieces should be returned fully packaged. The goods should be ready for collection within 7 days. Once all goods have been fully inspected by the Di Vapor warehousing staff a full refund will be issued using the same method of payment as the original order.
